cucumber on the eyes

paint toe/finger nails

brush hair
look at kids photos
super healthy smoothie
get nude!
say "I CHERISH YOU!" in the mirror
pat a pet
foot rub
stretch
write in your menstrual diary
cherish another
dance
creative visualisation
soothing cup o tea
eat chocolate!

FOR ONE HOUR...
dance!
bathe... scrub, oils, candles
recieve a massage
sauna
cherish another
walk in nature, paying attention to all that beauty
make love!
yoga
meditation
bake!
create something
write
play music
read
get your hair done
invite a girlfriend for tea n cake
cook a delicious meal
de-fuzz
put makeup on leisurely style
make a phone call to a far-flung loved one
